I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The front desk staff, especially two women, were extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and their behavior came across as discriminatory. As a customer, I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values fair and courteous service.

- stars if I could. I checked in @ 1430 July 28th( with an approximate 2-3 hrs wait for a pm & a water pump. I was able to be waiting at the door before they opened ( blocking the bay entrance) in order to get my truck in the shop. While waiting in truck for them to direct me into the bay... apparently the was a gathering of the minds for 45 minutes after 7am b4 they decided to start work & bring my truck inside. ZERO physical work was done by 1st shift. I had to find the part # for the water pump FOR THEM( mind you, it is stamped ON THE EXISTING PUMP) tried to tell me the pm was completed by 1st shift, ZERO grease fittings has been touch, no air filter, no in-cabin filter. THIRTY ONE HOURS & $2500+ LATER I GET MY TRUCK BACK. the only good thing I have to say about this place is that David (mechanic) is a great guy. NOTE : David was not on duty until late in the afternoon on 2nd day.

Its 745 and the close at eleven can’t change 2 tires wack not the first but the last time I’ll be back the male night manager sucks!

If you want to waste your time this is the correct place. I needed to change only 1 tire for my truck. It took 2hrs 30 minutes to change it . Its only when that guy started working im not counting the time when I came. That guy is very slow he takes of 1 bolt and stops talks on his phone. Doing this for each 🔩. I was so nervous I almost hit him. He supposed to be a cashier in some store where customers comes 3 4 people a day. This is not his place. He also couldn't replace my mudflap bracket. He told me no human can fix this bracket

ATTENTION don't come here unless you want to weast your time and money!! I went there for oil change and i brought oil and filter i checked in around 04:00 pm and they call me 05:09 pm and finally done 07:45 pm. the worst thing is they charge me $310 dollars. I only bought the fuel water separator from them which is $38 dollars.What a joke !!
